Our take on snacking is it should be easy and nutrient dense to keep us feeling satisfied and energized in our busy lives, so why not enhance something as well-known and loved as deviled eggs with a generous dose of superfoods? Enjoy the hearty and flavorful combination of egg salad with the refreshing crunch of sweet bell pepper.  It's something the whole family can nosh on and takes less than 10 minutes!

What You'll Need:  (serves 1-2)

  • 2 organic free range eggs
  • 1 large organic bell pepper
  • 2 sandwhich style pickle slices
  • 1 tsp Yourlixir Organic Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Dash of pepper
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 of an avocado


  1. Boil water & add eggs for 7-8 min
  2. While the eggs boil, mash the avocado
  3. Add the spices and superfood ingredients to the mashed avocado & mix
  4. Chop pickles into small pieces and add to the mixture
  5. Peel the boiled eggs and mash into the avocado blend
  6. Wash & cut bell pepper into wide slices (make sure to remove seeds)
  7. Spoon a generous amount of egg salad onto each bell pepper slice
