Oatmeal is the go-to breakfast for me and has been for several months now. If you’re picturing me eating the same oatmeal every morning, think again. I like to change it up by adding different spices and powders, and one of my favorite ways of doing so is by adding Yourlixir's Activated Charcoal to the mix. Not only do I feel super cool eating black oatmeal, but I’m also ridding my body of toxins through something as simple as eating vanilla activated charcoal oatmeal!
Here's how I make it:
- Mix 1/3 cup of rolled oats with vegan vanilla protein powder
- Add 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Add 1 packet of Yourlixir Activated Charcoal
- Mix with boiling water until you get the consistency you like
- Top with goji berries + cashew butter + bee pollen + maple cinnamon grainless granola + pumpkin seeds + strawberries
And that's it! Super easy, nutritious and delicious!
